New Community Website

There is a great place I have found to connect. It is so new that there are only a few people on it so far. It’s like Facebook meets Twitter meets WordPress meets Google Docs!

It is designed for Vancouver Island however I’m sure it is okay for others to join in. It is for adults only and you must create an account to get in. Data is not sold and it is self moderating. Be kind and don’t be a troll!

Protecting Tomorrow

A few years ago, a friend who I have collaborated with on numerous projects called me and asked if I could write and voice something for his project. It was to be entered into a contest in Germany for automotive safety systems awareness competition. I agreed, and he sent the completed video with music. It was quite powerful to watch and listen to. I had a bit of a challenge…
I watched it over and over again. And over, and over, again. Taking notes and writing a lit of words that explain emotion. After a couple days, I came up with this. The video won first prize.

Subscription

The best way to support my show if you are not able to purchase a sponsorship is a free email subscription! The traffic on my website is just as important as a sponsor to let broadcasters know that my shows are being followed by ‘real’ people! So don’t let the social media giants take all the credit, let’s support all the real people that try to make your life better and click on our pages once and a while! I share a lot of information of the local websites of the people I interview. Now with all this said…

All you have to do is fill in the two fields below. One is your name, the other is your email address. Once you have done that then just click subscribe.  You will receive a confirmation email, in a minute or so, and in the email  you have to click the confirmation link. Then you are done! After this point, you will receive an email from me whenever I add a new post or page to my website.  You can always cancel the alerts at any time. I send around one or two emails a week at the most. And I would never sell the information on file.

Just a note, If you do not see the confirmation email, you may have to watch your junk folder because, well, just because a lot of real mail actually ends up in there.
