I write this Saturday morning and it is now day two of the VIMF which is, of couse, the acronym for the Vancouver Island MusicFest. Yesterday (Friday) was a wonderful experience as I wandered around looking at the food, the people, and the vendors. Of course the music was wonderful too! The venue is amazing! The mainstage area is massive and then there are stages all over the place. The Comox Valley Exhibition Grounds are expansive and both open fields and forests. Some of the stages are nestled into the forest and I look forward to checking them out today! Of couree I will have more to report to you here.
Today, we tape some segments for my show. They will all be aired at a later date on ShawTV!
Well. Now I’m getting excited. My new little TV show will air next week. I just received the schedule from ShawTV and it looks like I’ll (we’ll?) have to get up early or stay up late to watch the very first one.
The show will air multiple times through the week so don’t worry if you miss watching every one! I’m joking of course, I expect you to record it for me, at least, and I will quiz everyone I know about the guest. The show will also be available shortly after the first air date. I will let you know when it is online.

The show airs on ShawTV – North Island Channel. This is Shaw’s community access channel and just so you know, they do air some shows in other markets if they have a good following. If you are a Shaw cable subscriber, I hope you can ask for the show in your local market that would be amazing! If you are not sure if the show is airing in your neighbourhood, please click here and select your location. You can always send an email or call using the contact information there.
If the show gains popularity, it could go national! So if you can watch on ShawTV or view the show on YouTube and like it.
